Position Purpose
Work with end users remotely via incident tracker, chat, phone, and remote desktop to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely, professional, and effective manner. Position includes paid training and flexible scheduling.

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
Initial installation, and configuration of desktops and peripherals
Support installation, configuration and troubleshooting of work-group and domain networks
Support installation, configuration and troubleshooting of broadband ISP connections
Support installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Liberty Tax Service proprietary applications
Support various projects & Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution
Proactively look for way to improve processes, operations, and the customer experience
Document incidents thoroughly and accurately  


Position Qualifications
Willingness to learn new applications
Attention to detail
Strong verbal, writing, and troubleshooting skills
Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 operating systems
Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of work-groups and small office networks
Able to quickly adapt to new workflows and projects
Customer Service experience & Bilingual (Spanish) a plus 


Physical Demands and Work Environment
Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours.
