Position Title: Store Manager
Reports to: Regional Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Position Purpose
The Store Manager will oversee all the daily operations of the store. They will oversee the operational, organizational and compliance standards of the store. The Store Manager will be responsible for and will review the financial data of the store and ensure they meet their goals set forth for them. They will manage the store’s employees, include hiring, firing, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities. The Store Manager will be responsible approving and collecting loans, making phone calls, filing and cash drawer balance. The store manager must be flexible for daytime and early evening shifts Monday through Saturday.

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Approve and collect loans
• Update account status regularly
• Answering customers’ questions about specific products
• Planning a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Locating and contacting customers to inquire of their payment status
• Resolve customer complaints on products or services by clarifying the cause of the problem; resolve the complaint in a timely manner; and if needed, following up with the customer to ensure resolution.
• Recruit and hire staff for the store to meet the needs of customers
• Complete store schedules to ensure the office if open on time every day.
• Train new employees and ensure the knowledge of employees is proficient
• Track the stores performance daily to ensure the store meets goals and quotas set forth for them.
• Excellent communication and people skills to motivate and lead their team
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to set growth targets and motivate staff to meet those goals.
• Ability to managing the stores budget
• Read and understand basic sales data

Position Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Valid Driver’s License and own dependable vehicle
• Proven customer service experience
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Builds rapport and strong working relationships with co-workers
• Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and within a team
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask
• Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply
• High school diploma/GED

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Position requires working at a desk for periods of time up to eight hours.
