The Opportunity
Liberty Tax® Professional Sales And Service Advisor focus on driving departmental success through the use of Liberty’s franchise, partner and customer ecosystem. When engaging potential clients, the advisor identifies service requirements, uncovers pain points, and collaborates with internal resources to create opportunities that provide value to clients. This is an exciting position, as the advisor often provides clients with their first interaction and exposure to Liberty’s financial restoration services.

A Successful Candidate
· Has passion for proactively engaging with clients about financial restoration services
· Receives inbound and/or makes outbound telephone calls daily to sell Liberty services to customers who have expressed interest in our solutions
· Embraces a dynamic, startup oriented, and fast-paced environment
· Is motivated to problem solve and committed to delivering results
· Achieves weekly and monthly sales targets
· Ensures high percentage of sales wins through aggressive relationship management and follow-up activities
· Leverages outbound and inbound marketing campaigns to build pipeline
· Meets daily operational requirements including phone, email, and lead pickup coverage
· Manages new customer onboarding through inbound sales activities
· Utilizes CRM for lead and opportunity management
· Moves clients through the sales funnel and activate hot leads
· Assists in departmental marketing content generation
· Completes other related duties as assigned

General Requirements
· Sales acumen; skilled working in a fast-paced selling environment with direct customer interaction and a wide range of customer types
· Goal-oriented; maintains a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven setting
· Excellent follow-up skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Strong written skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and/or other computer software systems

Required Professional Expertise
· High school diploma, with bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or finance (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred
· 1-2 years inbound/outbound phone sales experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Position requires working at a desk in an office for periods of time up to eight hours.
