Position Purpose

We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is digital at the core. You will own marketing and digital initiatives while developing the company’s performance marketing strategy and vision. This role will design, implement, and monitor effective digital strategies that align with business goals. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid marketing background, digital expertise, and be passionate about their profession. 

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Develop and implement performance marketing plans and initiatives to increase brand awareness, create engagement, and most importantly, drive conversion
  • Develops performance marketing strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, digital (online) and physical (offline), and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through a performance-driven lens
  • Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Help build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

Position Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
  • Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with social media and internal comms
  • Experience working in a franchisor organization and tax/financial industry is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software

Physical Demands

Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time. Some travel may be required.
